Tribute Gifts

Make a gift in honor or memory of the special people or animals in your life.

Your donation on behalf of a loved one….be it a pet, friend or family member….can be made for any event or occasion: holiday, birthday, anniversary, memorial, and other milestones. Tribute Gifts also are a meaningful gift for the animal lover in your life.

If you would like to print a Tribute Certificate to give to your honoree as a special gift, you can download the certificate by clicking memory or honor (cat or dog).

There is a place on the donation form where you can provide us with contact information and we will send a card of acknowledgment to the honoree or family of the deceased so they are aware of your generous contribution. Please note that we do not disclose the amount you have given. You will receive a letter for receipt/tax purposes.

REMEMBER TO CHECK IF YOUR EMPLOYER OFFERS A CORPORATE MATCH. On the second page of any HSNEGA donation form under “Company Match” search for your company’s name. If there’s a match, input your company email and we will do the rest!

Your donation may be tax-deductible. Please retain your receipt for your tax records.

HSNEGA receives no public funding, nor do we receive contributions from any other animal welfare agencies. Instead, we rely heavily on tax-deductible donations from individuals and corporate supporters to continue our life-saving work.
